Bright Healthcare Services is a Healthcare service provider that provides exceptional staffing service for healthcare providers. Our clients include a range of public and private sector establishments, including NHS, care homes, hospitals, clinics and nursing homes.
We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated full-time Senior Healthcare Assistants/Senior Support Workers to join our team.
Responsibilities
Duties including but not limited to:
* Providing essential support to healthcare professionals and patients, performing tasks such as assisting with personal care, monitoring vital signs, administering medication, providing emotional support, ensuring patient safety, assisting with procedures and/or maintaining documentation while collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality care.
Experience
* Minimum of 1 year experience as a Health care assistant in a healthcare setting
* Proficient in-patient care techniques and procedures
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Minimum Requirements
* Right to work in the UK
* DBS certificate
* Proof of Mandatory training aligned to the Skills for Health UK CSTF standards
* 2 x Clinical references
