Dynamite Recruitment are supporting a wonderful client of ours on the recruiter for a passionate and forward-thinking Quality Assurance Team Leader to lead the first-line QA function across Operations. Joining a forward thinking Financial Services company in Southampton.
This is a pivotal role, ensuring customer interactions and processes meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and fairness. You’ll manage a skilled QA team, champion AI-driven insights, and help shape the strategic direction of operational excellence.
Responsibilities
* Lead and develop a high-performing QA team, creating a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
* Oversee and evolve QA processes across all customer channels, ensuring compliance, consistency, and quality
* Drive the use of interaction analytics and AI tools to enhance audit accuracy and uncover insights
* Collaborate with senior stakeholders to embed QA findings into operational and strategic decisions
* Maintain QA frameworks, scorecards, and reporting tools while staying ahead of regulatory and industry trends
What We’re Looking For
* Proven QA experience in a regulated environment (financial services preferred)
* Strong knowledge of Consumer Duty, FCA, and DISP frameworks
* Experience with AI tools and analytics in a QA context
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Analytical mindset with a passion for improving customer outcomes
