We’re Hiring! Part-Time Administrator – Temporary Project Support
Caterham | 25 hours per week | 4–6 Weeks | £10.00 – £12.21 per hour
Are you a confident communicator with excellent IT skills? Looking to be part of a dynamic and friendly team? We’re looking for a Part-Time Administrator to support YourRecruit with an exciting database project, starting ASAP!
What you’ll be doing:
* Researching potential customers and making outbound calls to gather leads
* Creating new records in our in-house CRM system
* Updating and managing data using Excel, Word, and our internal systems
* Sending detailed follow-up information to prospective clients
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
We’re looking for someone who:
* Is a strong and confident communicator – comfortable making daily calls
* Has excellent IT skills and experience using Excel, Word, and databases
* Is focused, detail-oriented, and proactive
* Can hit the ground running and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
Details:
* Part-Time: 25 hours per week (Monday to Friday, flexible hours)
* Temporary: 4–6 weeks
* Hourly Rate: £10.00 – £12.21 (depending on experience)
* Location: Office-based in Caterham
