The Role
As an Assistant Gym Manager, you will play a vital role in enhancing member experiences and developing your team. Your responsibilities will include:
* Delivering an exceptional member experience by maintaining high service standards alongside the Gym Manager
* Supporting the Gym Manager in attracting new members through outreach and community events
* Leading and developing a talented team of Personal Trainers, Fitness Coaches, and Gym Instructors
* Providing ongoing training and professional development opportunities for fitness staff
* Managing and improving our Group Exercise offerings
You will be instrumental in creating a vibrant and motivating environment for both your team and gym members. Your leadership will ensure high-quality service delivery and contribute to the growth and retention of our membership base.
