Mobile Windscreen Technician
Type: Full time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday plus 1 in every 4 Saturdays (No call outs!)
Overview:
Working at Auto Windscreens involves delivering high-quality service to customers with vehicle glass damage. You will work independently and as part of a team, with opportunities for fun and career development. As a technician, you are the friendly face meeting and serving customers. Our advanced training academy will support your growth, recognition, and industry leadership.
We seek mobile technicians to perform repairs and replacements locally.
Performance rewards include a generous bonus scheme.
Responsibilities:
* Repair damaged glass on various vehicles, including classic cars, vans, restoration projects, luxury cars, 4x4s, and supercars.
* Collaborate with regional team members.
* Identify service improvement opportunities and provide feedback.
* Maintain industry-leading knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
* Automotive or mechanical experience is advantageous but not essential.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Positive attitude and pride in your work.
* Desire to build a career and support teammates.
* Valid UK driving license.
* No call outs.
* Availability for 1 in every 4 Saturdays.
* Full training for NVQ qualifications.
