Role Overview:
The Account Manager will oversee and grow a portfolio of clients, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with partners and customers. This role demands a proactive, strategic mindset focused on exceeding sales targets and deepening customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Meet monthly and annual gross profit (GP) targets.

Key Skills & Experience:
* Demonstrated success in account management, sales, or business development, preferably within the tech industry.
* Solid understanding of enterprise IT infrastructure, server, and storage solutions.
* Strong relationship-building abilities with customers and stakeholders.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Target-driven and motivated by performance-based outcomes.
* Well-organised with the ability to manage competing priorities.
* Familiarity with CRM systems and data-informed decision-making.
