What’s Available to You SALARY: £35,000 - £45,000 DOE Bonus * 25 Days holiday per annum (Rising to 30 days) Bank Holidays * Hybrid Working Options * Additional Holiday Purchase Scheme * Healthcare Cash Plan * Entry into Monthly Stage Events Draw * Giving Back - Paid Volunteering Days What You’ll Be Doing As An Account Manager (Equipment Sales) This is a proactive account management role – with a strong focus on nurturing and growing existing client relationships, as well as developing new business (around 20%). You’ll be expected to build rapport, forging strong relationships and spot commercial opportunities. Working with the Technical Team you will confidently an consultatively advise clients on the best equipment for their needs. * Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients across key sectors * Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and develop strong repeat business * Prospect and develop new business relationships to support growth targets * Provide technical product advice and commercial support * Prepare, issue, and follow up on quotes to ensure clients are supported from start to finish * Use CRM tools to manage pipeline, track performance and ensure timely follow-up * Keep up to date with new product ranges and market trends What You’ll Bring * Experience in a sales, account management or business development role (desk-based or field) * Commercially aware and confident working to targets * Personable, proactive, and motivated by building great relationships * Organised and reliable – able to manage your own workload with autonomy * A passion for the entertainment/events/production industry * Good technical understanding of entertainment equipment (lighting, rigging, AV, staging etc.) - Highly Beneficial If you're someone who enjoys working closely with clients, understands the tech, and thrives in a proactive environment — we’d love to hear from you.
