* Salary: £30'500.00 - £36'000.00 OTE

About the role:
As a Van Sales Merchandiser Representative, you’ll be the face of our brand, ensuring our renowned product lineup reaches its fullest potential in the market. Here’s what you’ll do:
* Drive sales growth and expand the visibility of our diverse product range.
* Build and nurture strong customer relationships that drive loyalty and repeat business.
* Promote new products, oversee merchandising, and maximize shelf space for visibility.
* Identify new business opportunities while strengthening ties with existing customers.
* Provide insightful feedback on market trends and actively participate in team meetings.
* Support and guide new team members to ensure success.

* A proven track record of achieving sales targets with a customer-first approach.
* Strong organizational skills and the ability to execute strategies effectively.
* A passion for the food industry and a sharp understanding of consumer trends.
* Familiarity with computer applications and internal systems.
* A collaborative mindset, strong communication skills, and a proactive attitude.
Essential Requirements:
* A valid driving license.
* At least 3 years of experience in field sales, retail sales or merchandising.
* Expertise in the FMCG sector, with commercial insight and food safety knowledge.
