Reporting to the Assistant Principal Quality, Teaching, Learning & Innovation, this post will contribute to the Colleges common goals of ensuring a high-quality student experience which leads to outstanding achievement, progression and employability outcomes for all students as well as supporting the development, planning, delivery and monitoring of the Colleges curriculum.
The postholder will focus on ensuring that learner outcomes exceed college targets and will contribute to the strategic aims of being a great place to learn. The Head of Quality Improvement will also play a critical role in any college preparation for external assessment/inspection.
