About the role
You’ll be part of a group of like‑minded individuals, working in a role that truly makes a difference. Your duties will include:
* Supporting your young person with emotional regulation, daily routines, and personal development
* Keeping detailed records and promoting safeguarding at all times
* Supporting your young person with fun activities, their personal interests, education access and engagement, and household responsibilities
* A commitment to working 48‑hour shifts, including sleep‑ins (paid), followed by a four‑day break (we are a 365 service offering structured shifts, paid bank holidays and opportunities for overtime)

What we’re looking for
Experience within care, education, mental health support and/or youth activities is highly desirable, but we equally value transferrable skills and the right personality traits for the role.
