As they continue to expand, a new opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Tax Advisor to join their Farnham office. This full-time, permanent role offers hybrid working, flexible hours, and clear development pathways. What You’ll Be Doing Managing a portfolio of personal tax clients, ensuring compliance with HMRC and internal deadlines Preparing and submitting self-assessment tax returns and P11Ds Advising clients on tax liabilities and payment schedules Handling HMRC correspondence and client queries Supporting Partners with technical queries and business development Mentoring junior staff and contributing to knowledge sharing across the team Assisting with the preparation of technical reports (income tax, CGT, IHT) Taking part in client meetings and building lasting relationships Requirements What We’re Looking For Minimum of 2 years' experience in a UK accountancy practice ATT qualified (or studying towards), with some accounts exposure preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines Strong Excel and general IT skills; quick to learn new systems Professional, proactive, and a strong team player Benefits What's on Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Hybrid working (3 days in-office / 2 days from home) Flexible hours around a 10am–4pm core schedule Excellent career development – including management training programmes Exposure to a diverse client base and complex audit work Friendly, inclusive and high-performing team culture Generous holiday allowance, wellbeing day, and enhanced family policies A wide range of wellbeing and reward initiatives (e.g. health cash plan, EAP, MYNDUP, employee discounts, EV scheme) This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious audit professional to join a progressive firm that truly invests in its people.
