In this role, you'll work closely with employees, senior stakeholders, and external specialists to deliver our People Strategy and core annual people related activities.
You'll be involved in a wide range of HR areas, including strategy, wellbeing, ED&I, learning and development, employee relations, policy, performance management, and project work. This role offers a dynamic mix of strategic input and hands-on operational responsibility, ideal for someone seeking both challenge and growth.

Our location
Our light, spacious head office is based in a fantastic location in central London with views over St James's Park and close to the West End. We operate hybrid, flexible working practices with a baseline for office based working of a mandatory weekly team day plus further days each week as required for the role and the Academy.
