Job Title: HGV Technician Location: Basingstoke, Hampshire Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum About the Role: We are looking for a skilled and reliable HGV Technician to join our busy workshop in Basingstoke.

Youll be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of heavy goods vehicles, ensuring they meet the highest safety and performance standards.
Key Responsibilities: Diagnose, repair, and maintain HGVs to DVSA standards Carry out routine servicing, inspections, and preventative maintenance Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical faults Prepare vehicles for MOT testing Complete all necessary documentation accurately and on time Work effectively as part of a team to meet workshop deadlines Follow all health, safety, and compliance procedures Requirements: NVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent experience) Previous experience as an HGV Technician / Mechanic Strong diagnostic and fault-finding abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team Full UK driving licence (HGV licence desirable but not essential) What We Offer: Competitive salary up to £55,000 Overtime opportunities Ongoing training and career development Supportive and well-equipped workshop environment How to Apply: If you are an experienced and motivated HGV Technician seeking your next career move, we would love to hear from you.
