Salary £24,638 per annum and great benefits including Health Cash Plan
Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw), Rota working including weekends in services across the South of the Tyne.

What you'll do
1. Supporting customers with daily tasks
2. You will need to attend our services over Gateshead and South Tyneside where demand is needed
3. Encouraging independence and celebrating wins
4. Creating a safe, positive space where dignity and respect come first
5. Working collaboratively to empower our customers

You have
6. Passion to support our customers to live their best lives
7. Experience of caring for others, professionally or personally
8. The ability to work on your own initiative, staying calm and positive under pressure
9. Recognise every customer is different and adopt a flexible, personal approach, listening to understand their needs
10. A Level 2 diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or willing to study towards it)

The practical bits
11. You will work on a flexible rota of 37.5 hours per week across Monday to Sunday
12. You need an Enhanced DBS with barring list (we pay)
