Elevation Recruitment are offering a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and motivated individual to join our clients busy finance team as an Accounts Assistant based in Pudsey, Leeds. As an Accounts Assistant, you’ll play a key part in ensuring finance operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Monitoring the accounts inbox and handling queries
* Preparing and processing weekly BACS payments
* Managing credit card transactions and petty cash records
* Handling calls and providing excellent customer service
* Supporting wider finance tasks to meet month-end deadlines
* Posting daily bank transactions and managing cheques
* Carrying out bank reconciliations across multiple companies
* Reconciling supplier statements and ledgers
What We’re Looking For
* AAT Level 2 qualified (or qualified by experience)
* Experienced in a busy finance team (minimum 2 years)
* Proactive, professional, and able to work under pressure
* A team player who builds strong working relationships
* Highly organised with great attention to detail
