Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a solid background in administrative tasks. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our office, providing support to staff, and maintaining efficient office procedures.

Responsibilities

* Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment.
* Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
* Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining up-to-date records.
* Utilise Microsoft Office to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as required.
* Using healthcare systems
* Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
* Maintain organised filing systems for both physical and digital documents.
* Provide clerical support to team members as needed, including typing correspondence and reports.
* Coordinate office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

Requirements

* Previous office experience is essential, with a preference for candidates with administrative experience in health and/or social care sector.
* Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) .
* Strong typing skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks.
* Excellent organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while prioritising effectively.
* Experience with healthcare systems is advantageous but not mandatory.
* A professional demeanour with strong communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues and clients alike.
