So, what will you be doing?
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor (Senior Account Manager) at TriConnex, you will play a pivotal role in leading our team to success. You will be responsible for the financial management of multi-utility projects and for ensuring the personal and professional development of your team members. Your expertise in quantity surveying will be the driving force behind the continued growth and evolution of our services.
You will also:
* Manage and provide comprehensive reports on secured contracts.
* Maximize profit margins and ensure timely project delivery.
* Prepare and submit valuations, variations, and claims.
* Create and share Cost vs Budget dashboards.
* Maintain accurate project records.
* Adhere to project plans and promptly respond to business and client needs.
* Represent the Commercial team in internal and external meetings.
* Collaborate with operational colleagues to ensure work orders' accuracy and completeness.
As a manager, your role includes developing the Commercial Account Managers using the business' performance management framework (MBF) and providing technical and commercial expertise/support.
The Person:
To excel in this role, you should bring with you a proven track record in a previous commercial setting. We are looking for someone who is analytical sharp and commercially minded, with a knack for optimising cost-effectiveness ultimately contributing to the financial success of our projects.
