As a Technical Planner you will be responsible for the planning and organisation of Traffic Management activities in conjunction with the Technical Officer and Operations Supervisor.This is an exciting opportunity to provide a high quality service in a successful traffic management company and develop your knowledge in this industry.
1. Location: Airport Road, Belfast
2. Hours Per Week: Monday - Friday (37.5 hours)
3. Job Type: Permanent / Full Time
The Technical Planner will:
4. Create Traffic Management drawings using CAD software.
5. Liaise with clients regarding Traffic Management requirements.
6. Planning, organisation, and record keeping of Road Closure applications.
7. Liaise with Transport NI – closure application submission and permit issue
8. Other CAD drawings as required.
9. Compile monthly report information submitted to Contract Client.
10. Maintain winter maintenance records as required.
11. Prepare and File daily works folders.
12. Fire Warden.
13. Emergency First Aider at Work
14. Undertake any other reasonable duties that may be assigned from time to time
15. Participate and complete training as required

About You
Essential Criteria
19. GCSE Maths and English at Grade C and above or equivalent
20. Profecient in the use of CAD and Microsoft suite software
21. Full UK Drivers License
22. Be flexible with regard to work load and time constraints
23. Be registered to work in the UK
Desirable Criteria
24. Previous experience in traffic management would be beneficial but full training will be provided
