Quantity Surveyor – Demolition
CRS are assisting our specialist demolition client who are currently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. This is a hands-on role covering both tendering and live project delivery on a range of complex demolition projects.
(The role is open to varied levels of experience.)
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and submit tenders
* Manage projects from contract award to final account
* Price variations and demolition-related works
* Support site teams with commercial and contractual matters
* Liaise with internal teams and clients
About You
* Background in construction or demolition
* Experience working for a contractor or subcontractor
* Good commercial and contractual knowledge
* Organised, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
