Based in Glasgow, the role offers exposure to significant Scottish and cross‑border work, with a client base that includes UK and international investors, funds and institutions. You’ll support corporate transactions on the Scottish real estate elements, act for lenders on high‑value financings and collaborate with Lawyers in other jurisdictions on cross‑border portfolios. There’s scope to manage your own transactions while working closely with colleagues on larger or multi‑party deals. About you This role would suit a Real Estate Associate/Senior Associate who: Has 4 years’ PQE in Scottish real estate Has experience with title review, leases and negotiating sale and purchase contracts Has worked across office, industrial and retail property matters Is comfortable managing deadlines and handling multiple transactions Takes a commercial, pragmatic approach to client matters Enjoys working collaboratively and supporting junior colleagues Has an interest in building client relationships and contributing to business development The environment You’ll be part of a real estate team where Lawyers are trusted with responsibility and supported to develop their careers at a sustainable pace.
