Person Specification:
* Qualified to degree level or equivalent in Building Surveying
* Ideally have post grad experience in Building Surveying
* You may have started on your APC pathway
* You will be driven to develop and progress your career
Working with a focus towards the education sector, and with other work flows growing in the residential and healthcare sector, you willwork across a range of projects, whilst also dealing with the associated professional instructions. Your work will cover but not be limited to the following areas withfull training and support: –
* Feasibility Studies / Condition Surveys
* Design
* Specification writing (NBS preferred)
* Contract Administration & Project Management
* Client liaison and management
* Technical due diligence for trusts
Salary & Package:
Salary –£30,000 – £40,000per annum, dependent on experience and background.
* Paid overtime
* Annual Bonus
* Annual PDR
* Annual Salary Review
* Mileage at0.45p per mile for business use.
* Professional Membership Fee Paid Annually
* CPD – £750.00 budget allowance per year
* APC support
* Advance IT set up with laptop / duel screen / pad
