Let’s talk about the role

As an Administrator you’ll be fully immersed with our experienced Leeds team to provide a fantastic in-house experience for our clients. Life will be fast paced, engaging, creative and rewarding.

It’s a great opportunity for a confident and bubbly individual who is looking to challenge themselves in a vibrant environment, working alongside a team of dynamic people! You’ll:
* Greet visitors with a smile and warm welcome
* Keep reception and meeting rooms tidy and guest-ready
* Book meetings and help manage calendars
* Answer calls and handle enquiries with professionalism
* Provide refreshments and support during meetings
* Support directors with PA-style duties and diary coordination
* Correspondence with clients and third parties such as HMRC
* Filing of approved documents with HMRC/Companies House
* Management of clients data held on our systems
* Confidently handle post, payments, supplies, and client records
* Help with team events, birthdays, and new starters

Hungry for a new challenge, you’ll:
* Have previous experience within a client facing / receptionist / administrator role
* Have previous experience within an Accountancy firm or professional services
* Thrive in a collaborative and progressive environment
* Have a friendly, outgoing personality
* Love getting to know people and be a confident communicator
* Have a knack for multi-tasking and problem solving
* Be able to work in the office 5 days a week
