Overview:
We’re looking for a Junior Hard Surface Artist to help create high-quality props, weapons, or
vehicles for real-time projects. You’ll be working with experienced artists to bring sci-fi or
industrial-style assets to life. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a supportive
team, gain experience in a real production pipeline, and contribute to exciting projects.
Responsibilities:
● Model hard surface assets like weapons, props, or vehicles
● Work from concept art, blockouts, or briefs to create clean, production-ready models
● Use trim sheets, tiling textures, and decals where needed
● Follow feedback from leads and collaborate with other artists
● Prepare assets for review with simple turntables or in-engine setups
Requirements:
● Experience with Blender or similar 3D software
● Strong interest in hard surface modeling
● Good eye for shape, scale, and mechanical detail
● Willingness to learn and take feedback
● Some familiarity with real-time engines like Unreal Engine (basic knowledge is fine)
● Portfolio showing hard surface work (props, weapons, vehicles, etc.)
