Oracle Database Engineer Christchurch(Dorset) £45,000-£52,250 Bonus & Benefits What you'll be doing: The development processes (e.g. requirements, design, specification, implementation, acceptance testing), and development tools The design and implementation/modelling of database tables Implementation of database packages using the Structured Query Language (SQL) Performance monitoring and enhancement of an Oracle database, monitoring the Oracle website for updates and engaging with Oracle to request patches as well as Horizon scanning for vulnerabilities Configuring Windows/Linux/RHEL operating systems Creating bespoke applications and automated deployment using PowerShell Your skills and experiences: Systems development lifecycle experience, from design through to testing Demonstrable experience in Database Management A background in IT Interpersonal and communication skills.
