Customer Service Administrator - Hybrid Working


Location: Cheddar, Somerset
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Salary: £28, - £30, PA (DOE)

Your Key Responsibilities


As a Customer Service Administrator, you'll be the vital link between the sales team and clients, ensuring smooth post-sale operations. You'll be responsible for:



8. Acting as the main point of contact for customers after purchase

9. Processing orders and handling special requirements

10. Managing Pre-Qualification Questionnaires

11. Creating and maintaining project job files

12. Verifying insurance documentation

13. Keeping project administration organised and up to date

14. Updating the CRM system with accurate order details

15. Coordinating Operations & Maintenance Manual requests

16. Conducting customer satisfaction surveys

17. Reporting discrepancies to the Customer Service Manager



What You'll Bring



18. Previous experience in an administrative office role

19. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems

20. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

21. Excellent written and verbal communication

22. A proactive, reliable, and team-oriented approach



Desirable:



23. Experience in a customer service-focused environment

24. Ability to identify and suggest process improvements
