Your role
Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role:
We’re looking for a Service Leader who is caring, dedicated, loves working with people and shares the values that make our charity special.
In this role, you will manage five services and lead teams to support many individuals with a range of needs to help them live their best lives possible.
With experience in a health or social care setting, you will have an upbeat, positive manner and a genuine passion for helping people become part of their local and wider communities. You will also have experience working with individuals who require intensive support planning and management to ensure safety and quality of life at all times.
You will be comfortable using basic IT systems required within the role; training can be offered. You will hold a professional qualification in Health and Social Care (e.g., Nurse, Social Worker, SVQ Level 3 plus supervisory units in Scotland / Care Management Level 3 in England).
