In this role, you will use your industry knowledge to connect brilliant hospitality talent with fantastic clients. As a Recruitment Consultant, no two days are the same. You will be managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including: Candidate Sourcing & Management: Attracting, interviewing, and building strong relationships with hospitality professionals to help them find their next roles. Client Relationship Building: Partnering with local hospitality businesses (hotels, restaurants, bars, and events venues) to understand their staffing needs and deliver excellent service.
