As Finance Administrator you'll provide routine general finance and administrative support to the school. You'll work alongside another Finance Administrator and report to the school Operations Manager. This role would suit a motivated and organised Administrator with experience of basic financial procedures and strong communication skills. Working 46 weeks per year. 36 hours per week (Mon 8:30-16:00pm, Tues-Thurs 8:30-16:30, Fri 8.30-15:30 Pay Band E / SCP 7-11. Fixed term contract May 2024 to Feb 2025. The Finance Administrator Must: Have experience in a finance office or a recent finance qualification. Be competent in word processing and have good IT skills. Have good communication skills. Be competent to liaise with pupils, staff, parents/carers, and outside agencies. Be highly motivated and hardworking. Be trustworthy and understand sensitivity and confidentiality within a school setting. An Advantage but not Essential: Experience of working in a school, academy, or other public sector setting.
