Role & Responsibilities
* Collaborate with teams on implementation projects
* Assist in the day-to-day running of projects & customer interactions
* Work hands-on with configuration & flows
* Manage incoming cases & client relationships
Skills & Qualifications
* Non-Profits Salesforce Industry expeirence
* Hands-on configuration & flows expeirence
* Salesforce Certified
* Track record supporting with training
* Consulting expeirence (nice to have)
