The Role As a Telesales Account Manager, you'll take ownership of your own portfolio of clients, acting as a trusted advisor to help businesses maximise their digital marketing performance.
You'll focus on building long-term relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering tailored digital solutions that drive measurable ROI.
This is far more than transactional telesales - it's a consultative, relationship-led role where you can genuinely influence client success while developing your own career and earnings
DUTIES
Manage and develop an existing customer portfolio to exceed retention and revenue targets
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across a range of digital marketing solutions
Conduct strategic account reviews using performance insights and campaign data
Build strong client relationships and become a trusted business partner
Develop and implement account growth plans to maximise long-term value
Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure exceptional client delivery and satisfaction
Maintain accurate pipeline management and activity tracking through CRM systems
Criteria
Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
Previous experience in telesales, account management, or consultative sales
Understanding of digital marketing or online advertising (or the ability to learn quickly)
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain solutions clearly and confidently
A proactive, resilient, and target-driven mindset
Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities

Working Hours
Monday - Thursday: 8:30am - 5:00pm
Friday: 8:30am - 4:00pm
