Overview
First Military Recruitment is currently seeking a Compliance Coordinator on behalf of one of our clients.
The purpose of the role is to ensure all PPMS are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way, improving operational management systems, processes, and innovative new ways of working. The role involves helping the organization’s processes remain legally compliant, managing supply chain, workflow, and in-house staffing.

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Schedule meetings, committees (including chairing), task forces, and/or other related groups to communicate information accurately to the team and peers.
2. Maintain and oversee a robust and comprehensive record-keeping system, including an efficient filing system of management documentation.
3. Manage and review all ppm tasks in line with contract requirements to ensure KPIs are kept below the agreed threshold.
4. Ensure monthly reports are completed on time and communicate any KPI failures to the Operations Managers, following the correct KPI deduction procedures where applicable.
5. Identify, assess, and monitor regulatory reporting risks and requirements applicable to the business, assisting with planning and implementing necessary policy or process changes as they evolve.
6. Communicate with the supply chain to ensure planned maintenance requirements are scheduled and completed prior to due date.
7. Audit documentation to be filed and ready for review; ensure all fleet keys are secure and documented.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Proven work experience as a Supervisor or similar role.
2. IOSH 3-day or NEBOSH accreditation.
3. Extensive knowledge of Concept CAFM and Superuser responsibilities.
4. Knowledge of compliance and data analysis.
5. Thorough use and knowledge of Office 365 and BIM.
6. Excellent communication skills.
7. Leadership ability and organizational skills.
8. A confident, reliable, and well-presented individual with a strong work ethic.
9. Facilities management or similar qualifications.
10. Problem-solving skills.
11. Good data analysis, planning, and organizational skills.
