Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a thrilling law Firm based inLeigh. They are looking for aSenior Residential Conveyancerto join their expanding legal team.
This role pays a competitive salary of £30K - £55K annum DOE
This is on a hybrid basis after probation.
Responsibilities as a Senior Residential Conveyancer:
* Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors.
* Assist in the development and implementation of improved conveyancing processes.
* Dealing with general conveyancing tasks.
* Maintain strong working knowledge of residential property law and changes in legislation.
About you as a Senior Residential Conveyancer:
* Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive (CILEX), with 5+ years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Strong IT skills, including experience with case management systems.
