About the Role:
An exciting opportunity to join one of the most dynamic and fast-growing luxury fragrance brands as a Client Advisor in Central London. We are looking for a fluent Arabic speaker with a strong background in luxury retail to deliver an elevated client experience and represent a brand known for its elegance, exclusivity, and international appeal.
Responsibilities:
* Offer expert advice and storytelling across a curated fragrance collection
* Build lasting relationships with clients, providing a bespoke and culturally attuned service
* Achieve and exceed individual sales targets through exceptional client engagement
* Maintain a visually stunning and welcoming environment on the shop floor
* Share the brand's heritage and product knowledge with confidence and passion
* Contribute to a positive team dynamic and support colleagues in a fast-paced setting
Requirements:
* Fluent in Arabic and English
* Previous experience in luxury retail (fragrance, fashion, or accessories preferred)
* Strong interpersonal skills with a talent for clienteling and sales
* Polished presentation and an authentic passion for luxury products
* Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented
