Brook Street recruitment is working with a Manufacturing business specialising in Printing, Distribution, and Retail merchandising based in Bradford. Our client is looking to recruit for a Temp Administrator on an ongoing basis within their seasonal credit department.
The Role
* Monday- Friday
* Temporary on-going position
* Hours: 8:00- 4:00pm
* Pay rate: £13.10 per hour
* Location: Bradford
* Hybrid working 2 days office/ 3 days working from home
Key Responsibilities
* Providing administrative support to the Seasonal Credit team
* Arranging collections and deliveries for customers
* Dealing with customers return orders using a professional telephone manner
* Updating and maintaining accurate customer and account records
* Responding to internal and external queries via email and telephone
* Assisting with data entry, filing, and document management
* Supporting the team with ad hoc administrative tasks during peak periods
Key Skills & Experience
* Proven administrative experience (office-based preferred)
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to manage workload efficiently in a fast-paced environment
