About the Role: We're seeking a Lead Data Analyst with experience managing a small team of high-performing analysts. You will be involved in hands-on analytics while developing and leading your team.

* Extensive experience in data analysis and leading analytical projects and teams.
* Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools like Looker, BigQuery, Dataform.
* Strong leadership skills to mentor and motivate analysts.

Team and Stakeholders: You will report to the Head of Business Insights & Reporting and manage a small team of Data Analysts, working with Data Scientists and Engineers to develop insights for Product Managers in the Customer Experience teams.

* Manage data roadmaps, prioritize requests, and foster a data-driven culture.
* Conduct advanced data analysis to uncover trends and support strategic decisions.
* Develop and implement data models for forecasting and planning.

* Oversee analytical projects, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
* Maintain data quality standards and support data governance efforts.
* Collaborate with teams to meet their data needs and integrate data into processes.
