About the Role
You will:
5. Lead a major procurement spend category and oversee complex procurements
6. Develop and implement forward-looking procurement strategies
7. Act as the professional lead, advising senior stakeholders on all aspects of procurement activity
8. Ensure compliance with UK procurement legislation while delivering innovative and robust outcomes
9. Play a pivotal role in transforming service delivery across the organisation
About You
You’ll bring:
10. Significant public sector procurement experience, with strong knowledge of UK procurement regulations
11. A track record of delivering end-to-end procurement projects
12. Excellent communication, business partnering and stakeholder management skills
13. A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach
14. Experience in IT procurement, Works procurement, or NEC contracts (advantageous but not essential)
