You will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the site, acting as the first point of contact while supporting multiple departments with essential administration, giving you real ownership and variety in your role. Key responsibilities: Acting as the first point of contact for all customers, visitors and contractors, delivering a professional and welcoming front of house experience Managing incoming calls, including answering, transferring, taking messages and monitoring voicemails Welcoming visitors and contractors on arrival, ensuring they are signed in and out in line with site procedures Receiving deliveries, checking items and accurately booking them into the system Reviewing delivery notes and invoices, maintaining and updating Excel spreadsheets Coordinating meeting room bookings, ensuring rooms are clean, organised and refreshments are prepared as required Managing incoming and outgoing post, including sorting, distributing and preparing items for dispatch Carrying out general administrative duties including scanning, filing and document management Supporting managers with booking meetings and interview coordination when required Logging and tracking staff holiday requests, ensuring records are kept up to date Taking accurate minutes during Health & Safety meetings Providing additional administrative support to transport, logistics and procurement teams as needed We are keen to speak with candidates who: Are confident, approachable and enjoy working with people Have strong attention to detail and take pride in accuracy Are comfortable using Microsoft Office, including Excel Can take clear and structured meeting notes Take a proactive, hands-on approach to their work Enjoy a varied role and supporting different areas of a business This will be working Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm, with a 30-minute lunch break, earning a salary between £27,000-£28,000.
