Account Manager – Print
Location: London – Southend-On-Sea, Essex
Salary: DOE

Role: To take responsibility for a series of client relationships and ensure that they are managed to their fullest potential: - To take responsibility for delivering excellence in terms of quality of work, optimising fees and efficiency - To be the catalyst for client fee growth - To act as the client representative and to actively support the client lead in delivering identified client projects to the highest possible standards
* Be the owner of the day-to-day client relationship and their key entry point into the business
* Manage client expectations: always meet and preferably exceed
* Quoting and processing customer orders
* Delivering outstanding customer service via phone and email
* Resolving customer issues quickly and professionally
* Making outbound sales calls to grow relationships with existing clients
* Carrying out artwork checks and ensuring smooth production
* Monitoring orders through to successful delivery
* Driving revenue growth and ensuring client retention
Requirements:
* Sales/customer service experience
* Experience conducting large volumes of telephone calls and dealing with web enquiries
* Print industry experience (Preferable)
* Experience managing accounts/projects
* Good understanding of design and artwork processes
* Strong organisational skills along with ability to multitask
* Ensure good attention to detail.
