Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about building strong customer relationships? In this role, you’ll provide vital administrative support to our Credit Controllers, helping to manage invoice disputes and maintain healthy cash flow. Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinating and raising invoice disputes on our internal database
2. Liaising with internal teams to resolve outstanding issues
3. Sending out copy invoices and customer statements
4. Managing a portfolio of small customer accounts, including chasing payments
5. Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers
6. Providing general office support and holiday cover for Credit Controller functions, including cash allocation and risk assessment
7. Keeping up to date with customer account history and business interactions
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
8. Experience in credit control, ideally within an industrial or commercial setting
9. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage confidently across all levels of customer organisations
10. Excellent Microsoft Excel skills; experience with SAP, DBS, and Cognos is a plus
11. Commercial awareness and an understanding of customer relationships
12. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to Health & Safety policies
