Frontier Property Services Ltd are a family run property maintenance services business, servicing responsive repairs and planned maintenance.
We are looking for an experienced Multi Trade to join the team in a senior capacity; you should have some supervisory/ quality assurance experience. The role will be based in the Black Country, covering Birmingham and Coventry.
To apply for the role you will hold a recognised qualification (NVQ L2/L3) and have experience as a Multi Trade Operative within the social housing sector who has basic plumbing and electrical skills.
You will need to demonstrate competence in the below:
Install replacement ironmongery to doors and windows and repair where required
Install new timber and UPVC window frames and repair and or renew where required
Repair and or renew of ceilings and floor joists, stairs, studding and partition walls
The removal, installation and renewal of kitchens and bathrooms
Bricklaying
Plastering
Painting and decorating
Laying of safety floors
Garden work, fencing and slabbing
Out of hours cover (1 week in 4 on a rota basis and paid at an additional rate)
