Responsibilities
* Hold a general adult community neurological caseload within the West Kent locality, including dysphagia.
* See patients for assessment and therapy in care homes, outpatient clinics and patients’ homes.
* Provide assessment, therapy, advice and support to a community caseload of neurological and medical patients, including dysphagia work and visits to patients’ homes, care homes and community hospitals.
* Work in the West Kent Team; include domiciliary visits and out‑patient work.
* Actively make a difference to people’s communication, eating and drinking, and their lives.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Newly qualified or soon to be Speech and Language Therapist (or equivalent).
* Valid UK driving licence and access to a car.
* Willingness to travel within West Kent for domiciliary and out‑patient appointments.
