Due to recent retirement an exciting opportunity for a Band 3 Healthcare Support Worker, within Gynaecology Outpatients has arisen. This is a permanent post at 28 hours per week.
Queen Margaret Hospital is the only Colposcopy Unit within NHS Fife. The aim of the unit is to provide colposcopy investigation to the NHS Cervical Screening Programme (NHS CSP). The unit also supports Gynaecology Minor Surgery and other gynaecology outpatient services.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, clinical skills and knowledge are vital to this role. Experience of working within a clincal setting with the ability to work own your own and as part of a team is necessary. The department is fast paced with ranging acuity and a focus of delivering the highest standard of care to a diverse group of patients.
