We’re seeking a Ward Manager to lead inpatient units, ensuring high-quality care. The Ward Manager will provide strong clinical and operational leadership, always maintaining excellent standards at all times. Ward Manager Key Duties and Responsibilities: Lead on recruitment, training, supervision, and staff wellbeing. Manage rotas, leave, and ensure staffing levels meet care needs. Support staff through induction, mentorship, and preceptorship. Manage complaints, equipment safety, and environmental cleanliness. Provide hands-on care when needed and participate in the on-call rota Ensure that safeguarding, risk assessments, infection control, incident reporting, and medication management are adhered to.
