Head of Financial Planning and Reporting Permanent, hybrid £60,907 - £74,910 per annum We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and strategic Head of Financial Planning and Reporting to join our Finance department. This is a senior leadership role where you will lead the financial planning and analysis function across a complex, multi-entity organisation. You will provide financial insight and guidance as a strategic partner to the executive team, driving robust financial planning, forecasting, and reporting to support sustainable growth. In this role, you will lead the ownership, administration, and ongoing development of LSTM’s OneFinance system. Your expertise in finance systems will be key to transforming and innovating our reporting and forecasting capabilities, ensuring the system meets the evolving needs of the organisation. Leading the Finance Systems Support team, you will develop a long-term strategy for finance system enhancement and deliver a seamless, user-focused experience. Collaboration and business partnering will be central to your success. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and academic teams to align financial planning with organisational priorities, embedding finance as a trusted, strategic business partner across LSTM.
