to join our Somerset Substance Use Treatment Service as part of our Insight team. This role is based in
Yeovil

Your Role
In this exciting position, you will: Respond to regular and ad-hoc reporting requirements for diverse audiences, from team members to senior management and commissioners. Showcase performance and celebrate the incredible work of our services and staff, focusing on best practices beyond just KPIs. Lead and inspire teams, using your leadership skills to help others reach their full potential. Research and understand the social value of our work, as well as that of our local and regional competitors. Make impactful recommendations on the direction of our services and organization. Provide insights to enhance operational effectiveness and improve the quality of life for those we support.
Are You the One?
We are looking for someone who is: Experienced in handling large volumes of data, with a knack for navigating databases and Excel to create engaging, performance-driven reports. A problem-solver who can break down complex issues into manageable solutions, collaborating with others to find the best approach. Familiar with client management systems, particularly in enhancing service processes and data quality. Experienced in line management or supervision, with a focus on team development and performance management. Knowledgeable in health and social care or substance misuse data sets is a plus, but not required.
