IT Support Specialist (2nd Line Support) - up to £28,000 + benefits
We're looking for an IT Specialist to join a growing technology team supporting over 1,500 users across the UK. This is a hands-on role where you'll provide 2nd line support, resolve complex technical issues and work closely with wider infrastructure and product teams.
What you'll be doing
* Providing 2nd line support via phone, email and face to face
* Troubleshooting hardware, software and Microsoft 365 issues
* Escalating and triaging complex incidents across technology teams
* Supporting IT projects and system improvements
* Maintaining knowledge base documentation
* Working to SLA targets within an ITIL-based support environment
What we're looking for
* Experience in a technical support or service desk role
* Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge
* Experience using ticket management systems
* Hardware and software troubleshooting skills
* Excellent communication and customer service
Nice to have
* macOS support experience
* Microsoft Intune exposure
* ITIL Foundation or Microsoft certifications
