Housing Management Worker

Location: Middlesbrough
Contract: Permanent, full time (37.5 h per week) Monday – Friday 9am‑5pm.

What you’ll do
- Support customers, particularly those with Learning Disabilities and Autism, to maintain safe and well‑maintained homes.
- Assist customers with housing benefit claims and ensure they are credited to their rent accounts.
- Turn around vacant or void rooms, beds, or properties within set timescales, including basic cleaning and painting.
- Carry out and record routine safety and compliance checks in buildings and communities.
- Manage administrative tasks, update records, order and arrange payment for works.

- A background in property management or a related field (not a deal breaker).

Practical details
