TP Tutors is seeking passionate SEN Tutors in Poole to deliver focused, one-to-one tuition for students who need additional support outside mainstream education.
Role: SEN Tutor
Location: Poole and nearby areas
Hours: Flexible options available (part-time/full-time)
What You’ll Be Doing
* Provide engaging, structured one-to-one tuition sessions
* Work with students with additional needs including autism, ADHD, and SEMH
* Build trust and support learners’ emotional and academic development
* Personalise lesson plans to suit individual learning styles
* Deliver sessions within homes or local community settings
Who We’re Looking For
* Background in supporting young people (education, care, youth work, etc.)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Patient, resilient, and adaptable mindset
* Willingness to travel within Poole and surrounding areas
* Awareness of safeguarding responsibilities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
