* You will regularly deliver reports regarding the region's performance to the department center.
* You will do on-site troubleshooting with the partner success manager.
* You will do pre-sales customer visits with the key account manager.
* You will support commissioning and project management of C&I ESS projects in the region.
* 38 hours a week
* One-year contract with the possibility of extension

* You will manage the hotline ticketing system for distributors, installers, and end-users.
* You will deliver technical training, create online courses, and documentation.
* You will do on-site troubleshooting with the partner success manager.
* You will do pre-sales customer visits with the key account manager.
* You will support commissioning and project management of C&I ESS projects in the region.
* 38 hours a week
* One-year contract with the possibility of extension
Your profile
Do you have the legal right to work in the UK? Before applying, please ensure you have the legal right to work without the need for visa sponsorship.
* Fluency in English (minimum C1 level).
* Degree in electrical engineering or an electrician background.
* Excellent skills in Microsoft Office.
* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced multicultural environment.
What can make you an ideal candidate?
* Two years of experience as a technical support/after-sales for PV/ESS or O&M.
* Language skills in Chinese (Mandarin) are not mandatory but preferred.
* Knowledge of the solar energy market in Europe.
