Robert Half Finance & Accounting are partnering with a leading Retail Company in London to recruit an immediate, temporary Credit Controller for 4-6 months.
Role:
Our client is looking for an immediate, temporary Credit Controller to assist them for 4-6 months. You be will be responsible for following duties:
* Perform credit risk assessments and provide input into credit decisions on customers.
* Proactively manage a portfolio of 500-600 customer accounts, ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances.
* Respond to customer queries relating to their accounts by phone and email.
* Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, ensuring a positive experience.
* Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and customer queries timely with accuracy and professionalism.
* Allocate payments accurately and perform regular account reconciliations to maintain complete, accurate and up-to-date information to enable quick reference.
* Assist with preparing reporting on aged debtors, cash collection performance, and credit risk exposure.
* Assist in driving forward process improvement and automation.
Profile:
The successful temporary Credit Controller will either be a Finance graduate looking to gain entry level finance experience or you will have have 2+ years experience in Credit Control.
You must be immediate or 1 weeks notice to be considered for this role.

Salary & Benefits:
This temporary Credit Control role will be paying circa £15-£18 per hour, dependant on experience.
